Property description

Playa Del Sol is located in the trendy Mission area of Kelowna, with Rotary Beach just a block or so away. 

This condo offers a walk out patio with seating and a BBQ, fenced in for privacy, and perfect for the little ones.

Comfortably furnished with a Queen Master, a Quwwn  in the 2nd Bedroom and the den has bunks with a Double and a single on top.   The living room offers a pull out sofa bed.

Fully equipped with tv's in both bedrooms plus the living room with telus wifi set up for your netflix account.

Wifi is included private and free.

This resort has a gorgeous pool area on the 3rd floor. There is also a gym.

Across the street and down a block is Rotary Beach.  There are many options for restaurants and dining in this neighbourhood.  The Eldorado hotel is across the street, has a great waterfront pub as well a cold beer store.

Parking for 1 vehicle is included (please note there are height restrictions for the garage) also please note that it is an end stall and parking will be tight for a large vehicle.

Street parking can be found but is limited.

 

Early Season 2-3 night rentals. Summer rentals 4 nights and subject to a good fit with our calendar. 

No pets allowed, no visitor pets allowed, no smoking allowed in unit or on deck.

            RENTAL AGREEMENT

            By submitting this request, I agree to the rental terms listed here:

            All adult only groups must all be over the age of 27 to book this condo. (Exceptions to family groups only)

            The required refundable Damage Deposit (DD) is required within 3 days of your booking invoice date.

            The Rent amount is due in full within 30 days of your arrival.

             

            Payment options:

            Payments are accepted by etransfer or mailing of check.

            Payments by credit card are  on request only.  A processing fee of $50will be added to your invoice.

            Cancellation:

            We offer a great cancellation policy.  However, we highly recommend cancellation insurance.

            If you cancel at least 15 nights prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded less a $300 Rebooking fee.

            If you cancel 7-14 nights prior to your arrival you will be refunded 50% of your total invoice and your DD will be refunded.

            If you cancel less than 7 nights, you will only be refunded your damage deposit.  All rents will be forfeited.   (If we are able to re-rent your unit, we may offer you a refund you 50% of your total invoice.) **Subject to reasons for cancellation.

            For Example:   Your arrival date is July 30th.

            You cancel any time before July 14th, you will be refunded all fees paid less a $300 rebooking fee.

            You cancel between July 15-22nd, you will be refunded 50% of your total invoice plus your DD.

            If you cancel on July 23 to July 26, you will not be refunded unless re-rented* *Conditions do apply  Your DD will be refunded.

            If you cancel on July 27 or later, you will not be refunded any fees other than your Damage Deposit.

             We highly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance for your trip.

            Sometimes Credit Card companies have protection built in or at an affordable price, it's worth looking into. 

            *Fees apply to pay your rent by credit card.

            Imminent Evacuations:

            Should an Evacuation Alert be placed on the building prior to your arrival, you will be given the option of cancelling at the 50% refund.

            Should you be evacuated while staying in our property, you will be refunded all unused portions of rents plus your DD.  Although, we will do our best to find you alternative accommodations, it will be your responsibility.  

             

            Condo Guidelines

            1. All adult only groups must be over age 26. We do not accept more than 6 adults in our condo.  Proof of ID may be required during booking or upon arrival.  Failure to comply will result in vacating the premises and no refund will be offered.
            2. Extra persons are not permitted overnight unless requested prior and fees may apply.
            3. Pets are not permitted in the unit or the building. Immediate fines of $500 will be issued and pet must be removed immediately, no refund will be offered.
            4. Smoking is only permitted on our private patio with an ashtray only.
            5. We do not accept stag events, and partying will not be tolerated at this complex. If complaints are made and security is called you may be asked to leave without compensation.  If fined by Strata, fines will be deducted from you deposit.
            6. Check out duties must be done, prior to leaving or extra fees may be charged.
            7. We are not responsible for theft in the unit, please do not leave valuables in the open.  Lock all doors, should a break in occur due to unlocked doors, or windows,  you may be held liable.
            8. Items broken, stained or missing will be charged from your deposit. We realize things happen, please notify us of any issues immediately. Thank you.
            9. Fobs to the building are like gold, please do not lose them. Fob fee $100 Remote fee $120 if lost or taken.
            10. Bikes and kayaks or large items are not allowed into the unit or into the building. They must either remain on your vehicle, or please ask in advance for a bike room key.  Sorry there is no storage for kayaks. Strata will issue fines for bikes brought into the building.

             

             

            Condo Karma

            Please treat our condo like it’s your own home, please be power conservative , and respectful of the neighbours.

             

            We have stocked the condo with many extras for your convenience; please replace any items that you have used excessively.  If items run out, please let us know, as we only stock them a few times during the season, this way we can bring replacements, so that others may also enjoy them.

            Items such as saran wrap, tin foil, coffee filters, etc.
